Yoga For Peace is a celebration of peace, bringing
people together to support peace in their lives, to live peacefully with the
planet, and each other. The event will include open to the public
yoga classes of various styles, a meditation technique class, a group
meditation for peace, kids activities, four separate music experiences, kirtan chant, drumming, plus organic and raw
vegetarian foods. We have asked that local businesses, services,
restaurants, agencies, organizations, and corporations come together to
support peace and peaceful living towards one another and the planet.
Vendor space has been provided aiming to bring those
supporting peaceful alternatives for a healthy environment, organic food
sources, nutrition, and peaceful life styles. Healthy Children experiences and activities will be
provide by Waldorf Schools this year. Don't forget your drums for the
drum circle, and bring the whole family to a peaceful day in the park. |
