Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation addressing your physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs. During the practice of yoga nidra, you appear to be asleep, but your consciousness is functioning at the deeper levels of awareness. It is state of mind between the waking state and the dream state. People have found a constant practice of Yoga Nidra restructures and transforms their whole personality.

The practice of yogic relaxation has been found to effectively reduce tension and give you a sense of improved well-being for those suffering from anxiety. Those who experience headaches, giddiness, chest pains, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain respond exceptionally well to yoga nidra. Consistent practice helps to decrease the time required to fall asleep.

Michelle Mueller is a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Practitioner, Certified Law of Attraction Coach, and Reiki Certified Intuitive Healer. She was certified under Jennifer Reis from Kripalu in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra training and continues to use the coursework to help people realize their desires.

Her classes focus on deep relaxation which helps join the conscious and subconscious minds in actualizing one's desires. She uses both the Law of Attraction and Yoga Nidra practices in order to help people in this process.

She recently returned from Hawaii and Beirut where she was working with refugee children teaching them English and continues to work locally in Buffalo with refugee organizations, Buffalo City Public Schools, and yoga studios.
