A health consultation with Michael consists of a review of your health history, the foods you eat, your eating habits, and your exercise program.

We will discuss changing the foods you eat, adding a movement program to your daily routine consisting of yoga.

Recommendations will be provided to help you attain or regain your health.

Expect up to 90 minutes.

Revisits: $35 for 30 minutes
